Accountability
All Area Health Services must nominate a senior officer within the organization accountable for ensuring compliance with this policy.
The Report
- A WARM Report (cumulative) is required on a quarterly basis.
- Templates have been provided to ensure consistency and completeness.
- It is recommended that Area Health Services coordinate individual hospital submissions into a single report
