Background

In December 2008 Australian Health Ministers endorsed the National Paediatric Medication Chart (PDF) and Paediatric Long-Stay Chart (PDF), developed by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care.

The OSQH and Princess Margaret Hospital have reviewed and modified the National Paediatric Chart and National Paediatric Long-Stay Chart for use in WA hospitals.
