Quality Improvement Committee annual reports
In accordance with Regulation 9 of the Health Services (Quality Improvement) Regulations 1995, all registered committees are required to provide an annual activity report to the public for each of the 3 years that they are protected. These reports are due on the anniversary of the publication of the order in the Government Gazette.
Annual reports to the public need to describe the services which have been assessed and evaluated by the Committee during that period, any action taken as a result of this assessment and evaluation, and any results from the action (if known at the time of submitting the report). As an aid to reporting, you can download a reporting template.
